About the room
Great location! Located in a trendy, walkable neighbourhood in kengsition with the LRT just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around the city. A grocery store, cafés, restaurants, and other shops are all within a short walk.
The apartment is also close to SAIT and the University of Calgary, as well as beautiful parks, the river, and bike paths that are easily accessible from the building. The spacious apartment is newly renovated, and the apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet three-storey building.
Furniture: The room is currently furnished with a newer double bed and bed frame. The mattress has always been kept protected with a mattress cover and is very clean. I’m open to selling the bed and frame to the incoming tenant if they’re interested.
There is also a desk and chair in the room that I’d be happy to leave for the next tenant at no additional cost.

About the roommates: You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly, respectful working professionals, one in her late 20s and the other in her late 30s. They’re both quiet and considerate, and the apartment has a calm, peaceful atmosphere. It’s not a party household, so it’s a great fit for someone who enjoys a clean, relaxed place to come home to.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and there is shared laundry on the main floor of the building. Both roommates work regular schedules and are generally out during the day, so the apartment is usually very quiet.
