About the room

Furnished private room available September 1 in downtown Toronto, right by TMU and about a 15-20 minute walk from UfT.

$1,500/month, all inclusive - hydro, water, heat and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. One-year lease required, from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027.

The room comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair and has floor-to-ceiling windows with lots of natural light and downtown views.

You’d be sharing a modern 3-bedroom condo with two young working professionals. You’ll have your own private bedroom and share the bathroom with just one other person. There’s also in-unit laundry and a shared kitchen and living area.

The building has a 24/7 gym, yoga studio, rooftop pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room and lounge. Really convenient location close to College Station, Eaton Centre, Loblaws, T&T, restaurants, cafés and everything downtown.
