The property is in close proximity to bus routes (5 minutes or less) with easy connections to U of A and NAIT, plenty of street parking in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to amenities and easy access to main routes for errands and commuting. I just moved in and am slowly working on updating the property as I have time.

Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished can be discussed) with your own bathroom, shared laundry, and shared kitchen. There is a second furnished living room in the basement, a small portion is currently a workout space I use. There is a nice outdoor space with a BBQ.

I do have a dog, she’s very friendly and quiet, she’s good with people and other animals!
