Hi, I’m looking to do a lease takeover for my upper unit on Stanley street that’s a one bedroom and one bathroom unit. It’s a beautiful unit and all inclusive, pet friendly. My partner cannot do the stairs anymore as he got injured. Lease started July 1st so would end June 30th 2027.
