We are looking at renting out our spare bedroom in our 3 bedroom bungalow located in the maples to a female tenant only. Rent includes internet, cable, hydro and water.

Room has a full sized bed that is barely used and everything has been washed and sanitized.

Washroom and kitchen are shared. We have a parking pad if needed and also laundry facilities in basement.

We are not the party type, professionaly employed and also have a dog so no other animals are permitted as she is protective of the house when it comes to other animals.

AGAIN WE ARE ONLY RENTING TO FEMALES TENANTS.

We are currently a couple in our 40s, we have a dog named Diamond and have a roommate who is 64 yr old.
