About the room

Mature woman seeks a female, non-smoking, professional (aged 30+) for a room rental in a charming, comfortable and well-maintained home. My townhouse is situated in a beautifully, green landscape (fantastic if you enjoy walking trails!) with easy transportation links to all parts of the city. Local shops, a large grocery store and various sports facilities are a 5-minute walk away.

10 minutes by bus to Metrotown Mall and Skytrain Station, 12 minutes to Joyce Station. The new South District Riverside shopping, restaurant and attractions are 15 minutes by foot.

Shared living room, kitchen, garden and bathroom. Washer, dryer and a wide range of kitchen appliances and cookware are included for use.

The rent is $900.00 per calendar month and includes all utilities and internet. Covered parking is available for an additional $120.00 per month.

I enjoy socialising and conversation but also value and respect my, and your own, personal space. Housekeeping duties are shared between us. This is a room for a single occupant and someone who is looking for a home rather than just a rented accommodation.

A deposit of $450.00 and the first month’s rent of $900.00 required along with references.

I am a friendly, outgoing woman who enjoys gardening, travelling, reading and cooking! I am also hoping to adopt a small dog in the new year so I any potential roomie must be dog friendly!
