One bedroom available in a four bedroom house located right next to Chinatown. Preferably looking for September 1st move-in, but also flexible for October 1st. Lease ends on May 31st, 2027 with the option to renew. Very central location that is close to many bus routes, such as the 11, 14, 85 and 10. Both Centretown and Westboro are 20 minutes away in either direction. This place is very ideal for students attending Carleton, as the commute only takes ~15 minutes.

Parking is available for an additional $100/month and in-unit laundry is included! We have a cat in the house with us named Toona, she is very friendly :)

We have a mix of girls and boys living in our house, two girls and a guy! We are aged between 20-25 and are overall pretty chill and easygoing. One of the girls is a working professional, while the other two roommates are currently in school. We are a social household, but obviously keep to ourselves sometimes.
