Good sized kitchen and living room, and in-suite laundry. The building does have a couple parking stalls that come up for rent sometimes, but it is not a guarantee, so the room is best suited for someone without a vehicle.

$850 rent includes the heat and water. Wifi and electricity will be a shared additional expense.

Full time teacher and bartender part time. I’m a busy person and don’t spend a ton of time at home.

My boyfriend lives in his own home, but stays with me 1-2 times a week. I typically spend 1-2 nights a week at his home as well. Potentially roomy would need to be okay with this 😊
