The room comes already furnished and there is a three piece bathroom located in the laundry room for your own use. Shared use of the upstairs kitchen with your own full size fridge/freezer located downstairs. Shared use of the backyard (deck, bbq and outdoor fireplace). Guests are welcome with some notice please. The house is located within walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University student ( Bus 6 about a ten minute bus ride), and Fleming College students. There is also a bus stop located within walking distance for those individuals looking to go downtown ( about less than a ten minute bus ride). Close to amenities (Walmart, convenience store, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, Dollar Rama). Rent is $950/ month and is all inclusive.A Cogeco box and t.v. is included in the price of your rent. Looking for a friendly individual, who is respectful, clean and likes pets.

The homeowners are a couple in their 50s, both working full time. One adult daughter living at home in her twenties. One first year Trent student living upstairs. We are friendly individuals, and respect each other’s privacy, but enjoy a good conversation. We love animals! We have three dogs and two cats.
