SAIT and UofC are both about 10minutes away by transit. 17th Ave and Stephens Ave are both just a short walk away for food, shopping, and nightlife. Your bedroom is ~100 sq ft with plenty of sunlight and a solid view. It fits a queen bed, one bedside table, a desk, dresser, and still leaves a little space. You’ll have your own bathroom with a standing shower, which doubles as a guest bathroom when needed.

About me:
I’m 32, taking online courses, and working as a bartender downtown. I’m home most of the day, head out for work in the evening and get back late at night. I’m quiet, clean, and easy going — into the gym, gaming, and hanging with my dog. Not a big partier these days, but I’m all for the occasional night out or chill hang with friends.

Ideal roommate: • Student or young professional • Bar/ Restaurant industry professional • Clean and respectful • Dog-lover Not really interested in somebody who’s having guests/ significant other over more than once or twice a week. I’m mostly just looking for someone who’s studying and/or working, is responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. Being clean and tidy is a MUST!

You’d be sharing the space with Goose, my 2-year-old Rottweiler mix. He’s very cuddly, super friendly, quiet, and well-behaved. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll probably end up being his new favorite person. Not ideal if you’re allergic or not into pets.
(If you’re open to helping out occasionally with walks or feeding when I’m at work, I’m happy to discuss a small rent discount.)
