This is a walkout basement with plenty of natural light. Living space and kitchen are shared with the owners (quiet couple living upstairs). But it will be mostly for your own use as we may only use once in a while to access backyard in winter or keep some stuff in the living space/kitchen etc… This is a single occupancy basement and no other tenants will be staying there.

• Decent size bedroom with queen bed frame (mattress not included), dresser, shelf and clothes rack.
• Private bathroom
• Separate laundry for own use (once a week use). If laundry use is needed more frequently, then we can consider reducing the rent to $1050 and have utilities as extra which will be 25% of the total utilities bill.

Strictly for just 1 person.

Please note that the TV stand, TV and Chair seen in the photos are not included.

Rent is $1100. One parking spot can be provided for additional $50.
