The available room is semi-furnished with a complete bedframe and mattress if you do not want it in there it can and will be removed to make room for your set up! Your room is your private space and you will be given your own key for both your room, and the house. Four bedroom, two bathroom house, laundry is in the basement, two car garage(one side in use for a vehicle). Very close to plenty of amenities and the university, quiet neighbourhood. Shared spaces include upstairs bathroom (and downstairs bathroom if upstairs is already in use), kitchen, laundry room, upstairs living room, patio, garage and backyard. House has two Sphynx Cats and a Corn Snake so we are not accepting any more pets in the home. If you have dishes/food items that require storage other than fridge space, we can move some things around and make space for your things but the kitchen is fully stocked and the dishwasher and laundry items as well as several basic grocery items are provided by the homeowners.

Upstairs roommates are in the primary and secondary rooms at the end of the hall, all tenants and homeowners are LGBT+. Homeowners live in the basement so if anything needs to be fixed/replaced/maintained please let us know! We cook meals for everyone in the home once to three nights per week. We have game nights once weekly/bi-weekly usually on Sundays.
