Howdy folks!

The building is awesome, fairly quiet and in a good, central location, with easy transit access. Built in the early 80’s, it’s a cozy 2-BR unit w/ windows, lots of daylight and features a small fireplace for keeping warm through the winter. There is also a shared gym, sauna & workout space available for use within the building.

I’ve been living here a while so it is mostly furnished – although, I’m definitely open to finding ways, if we need to free up any extra space.

A fair balance of some lively indoor plants and two house-buns (Oskr & Gnocchi) are the only others living here with me right now, they mostly stay out of trouble and are super affectionate towards people.

You can take your pick of bedroom, as we figure out what arrangement will work best.

Two separate washrooms (sink, toilet) and a shared shower/tub.

Laundry is included in the suite, however it’s also rather tight for space.

Not much else to say… I have a good, longstanding relationship with the landlord (privately-owned) and they’ve been very good with addressing any concerns throughout my tenancy.

(side note: landlord has requested to complete reasonable background // employment checks for any potential roommate, as they would have to join me in signing an updated lease agreement*

I’m fairly chill, youthful (early 30’s) man/male/individual/person/human. I do enjoy spending lots of time in and around the community but on occasion, also travel outside of Calgary for camping, hiking, sports, road-trips, etc., etc.

music. movies, , reading?, art, creating, learning, and; classic console gaming are all activities I find useful for spending free time… bike rides? sure!,. I also enjoy a little bit of yoga as part of a routine for staying healthy.
