Hi there! We are looking for a roommate in our 3 bedroom condo. You will be living in the main bedroom which has its own ensuite bathroom, lots of space, a walk in closet, and a large window! The condo is modern and we love to keep our space as clean and welcoming as possible! We have a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. The building comes equipped with a gym/fitness room, a community room, and there is parking available. Utilities are included.

About the roomies

You will be sharing the condo with my brother and I. We are both students who are extremely respectful, responsible, and clean. We are quiet and considerate of the people around us and understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable and peaceful home.

We both have busy schedules, so we are generally focused on our studies and keep a fairly structured routine. We take pride in keeping our living space clean and comfortable and are respectful of shared spaces and each other’s privacy. We are pretty easygoing and would love to have a positive relationship with whoever we share the condo with.
