We have been renting rooms to University & College Students for over a decade in the Ottawa/Gatineau region of Canada. The house has 5 furnished bedrooms for rent. The minimum rental term is 1 year, which runs from September 1st to August 31st of the following year. The monthly rental prices for our various rooms are:

$700.00 for a Standard Room

The house is very clean and well maintained and is only a 15 minute drive to the University of Ottawa and the downtown core of Ottawa. If taking Public Transit, there is a bus stop in front of the house. The bus trip to downtown Ottawa takes only 35 minutes.

The rent includes all utilities, a maid services that cleans the entire house every 2 weeks and the use of the following items:
