You would be sharing the condo with one male working professional. He is respectful, friendly and easygoing, and we are looking for someone who is similarly clean, responsible and considerate of shared spaces.

A working professional or mature student would be a good fit. The current roommate intends to remain in the unit, so we would arrange an opportunity to meet before moving forward to ensure it is a comfortable fit for everyone.
