About the room
Private room that faces our backyard and gets lots of sunlight. We are within walking distance of restaurants and grocery. We also have a bus stop just down the road. Only a 5-minute drive to South Center Mall.
Rent includes utilities, internet, and cable. Beautiful backyard and garden, and a really well-maintained property. We have a small dog who is very friendly.
About the roomies
You will have one roommate upstairs (Myself). I am a senior with a small dog and a passion for gardening and family.
Our house is a scent-free environment for health reasons. So long as it happens outside, I am comfortable with smoking cigarettes or cannabis in the garden. I don’t mind if you drink, but I can not stress enough that this is no party house. I am looking for a quiet roommate!
Downstairs, there are two other tenants with their own kitchen and bathroom.
