About the property: Stay in a furnished, quiet and clean study home with other women. Enjoy free wifi and utilities during your stay. There is a cleaning service that comes through. All rooms have a queen sized bed. Upstairs rooms contain a mini fridge and Roku tv.

There is a full kitchen for your use including appliances, cooking and dining wear. Please use the designated kitchen in the photos. Feel free to cook whatever you wish in this kitchen (host kitchen is separate due to severe allergies).

Laundry is in the home and can be used any time under the condition that you must use the laundry products provided by the host. Due to allergies no outside laundry products, fabric softeners, fresheners or freshening sprays are permitted in the home. Let us know if you have any allergies and we will make every effort to accommodate you. No recreational substances, parties, unregistered guests, or illegal activities.

Driveway parking is available for a fee (limited spots). If you have a bike or scooter you may store it with your rain cover along the side yard between the two doors at your own risk, but not inside the home. Electric car charging available/usage fee.

I’m a female professional who works a 9-5 and hosts your stay too! I rent to other female students and professionals. I teach during days and run businesses in my spare time. Let me know if you will need any bed sheets/linens, a blowdryer, towels, or complimentary shower products for the beginning of your stay.

If someone is breaking the rules and will not listen when spoken to about it then let the host know. ex. Keeping you awake during quiet hours due to noise or disrupting your studies. You can also inform me anonymously through .

If common use items like toilet paper or laundry detergent are low, let me know asap and I will purchase more.

Garbage and recycling must be taken to the curb on garbage and recycling day. Check the visual schedule or use recycle coach to stay up to date.
