I have three rooms for rent in my spacious home. The house has 1 large beautiful shared kitchen on the 2nd floor, with a smaller kitchenette (fridge and sink only) on the first floor. With two living rooms there is plenty of space to be alone, or come together for games, watching TV, a glass of wine etc. Each bedroom has their own closet and shared bathroom. There is access to shared laundry in the home. There is ample street parking available as well as access to transit on 240th. I have a small garden in the backyard where I somewhat successfully grow flowers and vegetables. There are several trails nearby as the house is close to Kanaka creek.

I’m a 34 year old working professional who enjoys nature and having fun. I am not home a ton as I work in Vancouver 3 days a week and travel internationally a few times a year. I’ve almost always had room mates in my adult life and I have always had really great experiences sharing my space with others, past room mates are still some of my best friends today. I genuinely enjoy living with other people and sharing my home. I’m a laid back, respectful person and I expect the same from the people I share my home with. I value a clean and tidy home and expect room mates to clean up after themselves as we all share the space. I don’t party but enjoy a glass of wine or beer from time to time. No smoking or vaping in the house please :)

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my 10 year old dog Frankie who is a really sweet Pomeranian (sorry no additional pets allowed) as well as two other room mates that I am still on the hunt for!

I occasionally have friends and family over as well as a boyfriend over 1-2 times a week. I don’t mind if you do the same, it will be your home too!
