I have converted my garage into a bedroom for my teenagers who have now moved out. The room is beautifully done with a kitchenette and bar fridge but you can not cook in that space. We will share the kitchen. It also has a half bathroom attached but that includes the laundry so must be shared. The room has its own entrance as a side door opening to the front of the house. There is a dividing door between the main house so privacy can be ensured unless I use the laundry in the downstairs bathroom which will have a set schedule for use. I would prefer a quiet person who is employed and able to follow a few house rules.

I am a single person who works as a nurse. I have a very quiet life and enjoy gardening. I have 2 bigger dogs that spend most of their time outside in the summer.
