The room is very spacious (doesn’t have window) and is located close to Liberty Village and downtown. The neighbourhood is quiet. The building has gym, and amenities (playroom, party room and movie theatre room). Laundry, AC, Kitchen equipment included. Terrace. Single room available. One occupant only. No couples, please.

Bill of bell around 28 pp, hydro 27 pp (per mounth). We split costco bills, aprox 25CAD every 2 months of shared things such as: toiled paper, napkins, olive oil, soap for dishes and common things that before to buy we let you know.

Carlos is a gay man who also works in the restaurant industry. He is easygoing, responsible, clean, organized, and quiet. He loves cooking Italian and Mexican food.

We really enjoy a quiet apartment and usually go to bed around 11:00 p.m/12am. If you’re having dinner late or spending time in the common areas, we simply ask that you be considerer, respectful and make common sense.

We don’t mind if you invite friends over for dinner or a small pre-party. We just ask that u let us know in advance. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, so you’ll have everything you need to host your guests.

We also enjoy having friends over once or twice a month. We always let our roommates know ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. Our meetings usually start early and end before 1:00 a.m. If we expect them to last longer, we always check with our roommates first to make sure we don’t disturb anyone’s sleep. After every visit, we clean and organize everything because we believe in being respectful hosts and considerate roommates.

We believe that communication, honesty, and trust are the foundation of a comfortable and welcoming shared home. If you receive a clean and organized space, we hope you’ll help keep it that way.

We also have a weekly cleaning schedule for the shared areas. We see keeping the house clean the same way we see taking care of ourselves (like skincare routine). it’s simply part of a healthy routine and helps everyone enjoy a pleasant living environment.
