Bus pick up to front of house (ride on demand) from the state The suite is located near 2 shopping centres - Safeway, SaveOns, McDonalds, NoFrills, BPs, Tim Hortons, and etc. Utilities $500 included and wifi are included, ,Laundry1 lote every week with the rent. If you are looking for a lease just for the school year I would be happy to change the lease for 8 months. Preferably female. No pets, partying or smoking allowed in the suite.
