The building has excellent amenities including a gym, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, and rooftop/sky lounge areas. Great downtown location — steps from the waterfront, parks, Sobeys, transit, and an easy walk to King West, the Entertainment District, Rogers Centre, and Union Station.

I’m horrible at taking photos, so bear with me as I keep updating the listing with more and more pics lol. The view is sick from every window in the unit. It’s not your typical shoebox Toronto unit. I’m only listing the room up because I don’t want to lose the apartment, otherwise I’d have moved to a studio already.

I’m a young professional working in tech. I’m pretty easygoing and keep a clean, respectful home. Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym, exploring the city, or hanging out with friends. I like soccer, basketball, padel, movies and cars.

Looking for someone who’s similarly respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I’m social and happy to hang out occasionally, but also value having our own space and keeping the apartment relaxed. You’re free to host people, but a heads up would be nice.
