About the room

My roommates are moving out, and I love this place too much to go with them. There are two available rooms: a smaller one, and large one that is well suited for a couple. The smaller room is $900 per month. The unit is the upper two floors of a heritage house in Mt. Pleasant. There’s coin-operated laundry on-site, and a backyard that has plenty of room for gardening. I have a dog who’s pretty social, but unfortunately the landlord has a strict one pet policy.

About the roomies

I live here with my medium-sized senior dog, Sasha. We’re both pretty low-key. We have some downstairs neighbors that we get along with great. We do household BBQs and hangouts pretty regularly.
