Looking for someone who is mature, clean, and quiet.

Single occupancy only (1 person). No couples.

Month-to-month rent.

Availability: 1 September 2026

The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and a chair. It can also be rented unfurnished.

5-minute walk to St. Clair subway station and St. Clair streetcar.

5-minute walk to supermarket/grocery stores, bank, gym, and restaurants. E.g., Loblaws, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, CIBC, RBC, TD Bank, Goodlife Fitness, etc.

Wifi Internet, heat, and hot water are included in the rent. Hydro is extra based on usage (roughly $30 per month per roommate).

Laundry is in the basement using a reloadable card.
