Room available for a female student or professional in a two bed one bathroom main floor of ahouse in East College Park on Boychuk Drive. It is less than five minutes drive to USask or a short bus ride with a stop nearby. The house has lots of big windows, so plenty of daylight! There is a shared bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, furnished living room, dining area, a walk out deck, and backyard. Street parking is available with the option to plug in during the winter.

I am a 26 year old female PhD student at the USask vet college and spend lots of time working quietly from home. I have two senior cats (Fluffy and Sparkles) who love attention once they know you, sleeping, and keeping you company. I am quiet, clean, and responsible, while I also enjoy the social side of living with other people. In my free time, I enjoy cooking good food, getting outside, and spending time with horses.
