Bright and comfortable furnished master bedroom available in a quiet, safe neighbourhood in Paris, ON. The room includes a double bed, TV, LAN and Wi‑Fi connection, microwave, small refrigerator, and plenty of space for clothing. Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning, though ideally you can bring your own afterward. The upper level of the home is shared and includes access to the kitchen, laundry, patio, backyard, and a full bathroom. The home is clean, organized, and family‑friendly.

Paris is not public‑transport friendly, so this rental is best suited for someone who drives. The house is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Highway 403, using the Acre Road entrance/exit, making commuting very easy. It’s also just 5 minutes walk to Bean Park, where you can access the river, walk the trails, or enjoy the green space.

We are currently renovating the basement to create a private suite with its own bathroom and kitchenette. The renovation no longer produces daily noise, but work may continue for about two more months. Workers are mostly present on weekends after 9 AM. Once completed, this could be an opportunity to move into the new basement apartment if you enjoy the home and area.

Minimum rental term is 2 months, maximum 12 months.

The neighbourhood is peaceful, close to parks, trails, and just minutes from downtown Paris. Overnight street parking is available across the road. Ideal for students or working professionals looking for a respectful, stable place to stay.

We are a calm and friendly Venezuelan family living in a clean, organized home. The household includes myself (56), my son (17), and my mother (86). I leave for work around 7 AM, my son is starting Grade 12, and my mother stays home during the day.

She enjoys cooking and can prepare home‑style meals. If you prefer not to cook, we offer two meals per day, Monday to Friday, at a very good price.

We keep a peaceful environment, respect privacy, and value cleanliness and good communication. We also have a small, well‑trained dog who stays mostly with my mother and doesn’t disturb guests.
