About the room

Great option for anyone looking for convenient student housing right by UofT! Especially recommend to international students. The building is in an excellent downtown location, very close to the University of Toronto campus and well connected by streetcar and public transit. There’s a Tim Hortons directly across the street, plus plenty of nearby restaurants, cafés, and other places to eat.

The building has a reliable meal plan, a helpful front desk that can receive deliveries, functional mail services, and a responsive maintenance team who have always dealt with issues promptly. There are also lots of useful facilities, including a gym, study rooms, and shared living spaces where you can hang out with roommates and friends.

One of the nicest parts is the community atmosphere. There are regular resident events throughout the year, including therapy-dog visits, giveaways, and other activities, so there are plenty of opportunities to meet people. There’s also usually someone available if you need help or have questions.

I shared a lot of great memories here with my roommates, and I’d really love for the next person to have the same experience. It’s especially convenient for a UofT student who wants to live close to campus while still having everything they need within walking distance.

About the roomies

there is currently space for two other roommates to share two bathrooms, and the residence can help match roommates based on personality and compatibility. So you don’t necessarily have to worry about being paired completely at random!
