I’m hoping to find a like-minded roommate who values the following:

1. Keeping Shared Spaces Clean: I like to keep common areas neat and well-maintained. Looking for someone who is naturally clean, cleans up right after cooking, and is happy to share light weekly cleaning duties so we both enjoy a cozy space.
2. Quiet & Restful Hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM): To respect each other’s sleep and study/work schedules, I prefer a quiet atmosphere at night (keeping volumes down and avoiding loud appliances).
3. Private Space & Guests: To keep our home as a comfortable personal sanctuary, this is a non-overnight guest space. Occasional daytime visitors are totally fine with advance notice!
4. Open & Kind Communication: I appreciate clear rules and open, honest communication. If anything ever comes up, we can always talk it out friendly and directly!
