About the room

Compare to the newer 2 room luxury apartments in the area, its a steal. Lost of space, room comes furnished with a shared living space that is furnished. Basically everything is provided. Landlord is super nice too, neighbours are quiet, and is a short walk away (2 minute) from Laurier and transit.

About the roomies

This is a 2 room apartment so I am the only other roommate. My name is Bobby, and I just graduated from Laurier. I will be working most weekdays. I love music, chess, and video games. I also have an interest in local politics and activism. I’m pretty agreeable so long as you aren’t a slob. If you aren’t a slob, we will get along just fine.
