Reasonably well known local professional photographer who recently suffered a leg injury so I’m not currently working (hence the need for a room mate). Quiet, non-smokers, rarely drink. House also home to 1 very old, very cute canary. House includes backyard, front deck, ample parking, high-speed wi-fi, a few cable channels (in rotation), full kitchen access, dish-washer; washer-dryer etc.

Basement is partially finished and I’m converting it into a second living room/game room area so we can both watch (or not watch) what we wish on TV.

Would prefer a quiet grad student or similar. I’ve traveled to and worked in over 40 countries so am open to international students.
