We have a good deal on the lease, but my roommate is moving out and his potential replacement fell through at the last moment, so… here I am. The idea here is to take my current roommate’s name off the lease, and then add the new roommate.

Includes all utilities except for power. I pay for my own internet connection, but if you’re a relatively light user you can use my wifi for free. Otherwise, we can work something out.

I have two very friendly (no aggression whatsoever, but a little shy) cats.

I’m an easy going guy who mostly keeps to himself, and I spend most of my time working in my room. Very long fuse, but also not a doormat. Looking for someone who is similarly easy going and low drama. Musicians welcome (even if that sounds like a contradiction with “low-drama” :P)
