Looking for 4 roommates to occupy 4 UNFURNISHED bedrooms as current roommates are moving out. September 1st move in and potentially earlier. Townhouse located in the neighborhood of Sutherland next to circle drive. Rent would be $440 when split five ways plus utilities. In total usually comes to less than $550 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 in the basement, living room and a bathroom on each floors. One kitchen. Bedrooms and living rooms will be unfurnished. The furniture you see in the pictures will be cleared out soon and pictures will be updated. Meanwhile you are welcome to visit the place.

Street parking in the front, and off street parking in the back that fits at least 3 cars. 3 mins of walk to bus stop and 5 mins of bus ride you can get to university campus or walk 15mins straight to campus. 10 mins of walk to Central Avenue where all the shops are located. Preston Crossing is also within walking distance.

Prefer at least 6 months lease, but we can talk about that.

I graduated from university not long ago and now working full-time. I have a passion for cycling and enjoy good music. Looking for students or young professionals, who are clean, respectful, and quiet during sleep hours.
