About the room

A nice clean condo building located next to the Greenboro Library surrounded by several bus stops and close to South Keys. The apartment on the second floor is a modern 2 bedroom with a spacious living room and a balcony. There is a dishwasher and an in-unit washing machine so no having to worry about time of use. There is AC. The water is included but Hydro(electricity) and internet will be split. The room is not furnished so you’ll have to bring your own bed but the living room and kitchen are fully furnished.

About the roomies

Hi! I’m Matthew I’m a pretty average quiet nerdy IT Administrator. I never keep dirty dishes in my room. I do enjoy cooking and trying new recipes and I am willing to split the cost on shared meals.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
