This house in mission has been updated it it’s a three bedroom one bathroom top floor of a house I have one room available that can be that is furnished with a full suite and two lamps it’s got a closet and I can put a TV in there and it’s got a super single bed dresser armoire and two side tables I live alone and a one roommate is all I want a guy a girl that works and isn’t no yeah keeps the place clean I’ve got a nice backyard and a huge deck I like it quiet but don’t mind ripping her up sometimes looking for September 1st take a look at my pictures and tell me what you think if you’re interested give me a call it comes with IPTV and there’s a TV it’s kind of a little bit damaged but it works 55 in with couple thousand stations come to all bills included leave a message if you’re interested thank you I’m 56 years old I’m on disability right now and I could use the extra money so I don’t go out a whole lot I drink sometimes I’m marijuana friendly cannabis friendly let me know if you’re interested thank you

There is no other roommate I only want one person in this three bedroom house maybe down the road I’ll add another one I will be yeah I’m easy to get along with I like to cook I take care of my yard and stuff eventually I’m going to be renting on my basement suite too in the next couple months got a two bedroom downstairs 1200 square feet could be looking at in October so and I want $1,700 including utilities downstairs and like I said it’s it’s a quarter acre lot downstairs has a full two bedrooms one bathroom all brand new stuff washing machine dryer huge 1200 square feet I’m on huge pantry as you’ll see in some pictures when I do post it if you’re interested let me know thanks
