The Home is a New luxury home facing the Georgian Bay. The Kitchen is huge and well laid out with all cooking utensils. Everything is provided.

In Penetang we have all shopping within a few minutes drive, Georgian Bay Regional Hospital, Waypoint and the large jail for good paying jobs.

If you enjoy the water sports and beaches access is 1 minute away. There are bike trails and a Provincial Park with trails and multiple beaches. You can rent a boat slip nearby. Your room comes with 3 windows, a large closet, bar fridge, huge dresser with mirror and a King Bed.

The home is well heated in the winter and has A/C. One parking spot. We are on the Town’s Bus Route so a car may not be manadatory.

I have a 2 day a week nurse and another roomie that is super quiet, never around much and cooks 1 day a week. I work in Ottawa so I may be away 4 days a week.
