You will need your own tenant insurance policy as per the landlord. 1 parking spot is included. Coin operated laundry in basement. No pets 😞 No smoking indoors, but outdoor smoking is permitted.

Building located by bus routes #87 and #8. The #84 and Cobequid Terminal are down the road as well.

Located ten minutes from Bedford, Sunny Side Mall, and Downsview Plaza Shopping Centre. Fifteen minutes from Burnside Industrial Park.

Small, quiet building with mostly older tenants who have been here 10+ years plus. Remarkably queer/trans friendly building.

Super intendants live in the building. If your credit isn’t the best, they will work with you on that if you have stable employment income & references!

Your potential bedroom is spacious with a large window & closet. My current roommate has fit a gaming computer setup, dresser, queen bed, and elliptical into her room.

The apartment is furnished in the living room and kitchen. There is a HUGE walk in pantry for easy food storage. The apartment (not the building, the building itself is older) was renovated just before I moved in.

At the back of the building there are a lot of trees, shade, and space outside. Some of the other tenants often smoke out back. Building is 420 friendly as long as you’re outside!

I’m a queer woman in my late twenties. I’m only looking for a roommate 25+ who is either a woman or non-binary.

I am looking for a roommate who is a student or working professional. Party animal, heavy drinkers, and substance users aren’t the right fit for this space. I value having a quiet, safe, and respectful home environment.

Communication and conflict repair & resolution skills are important to me in roommates. Cleanliness & personal hygiene within shared and private spaces is non negotiable. 
I’m introverted and disabled, I tend to have “outdoor cat” style roommate relationships. I spend my spare time reading, cooking, writing, spending time outdoors, and creating art. I have two, fixed male cats that you’ll be living with.
