All the rooms are large private rooms, with high ceiling, large window, large closet and hardwood floor. The rent would be $850/month which includes the hydro, internet, furniture, hot water and 3 appliances in the kitchen. Laundry room is in the apartment, buses 51,129,166 in front of the unit, metro (Snowdon /Cote ste Catherine) are few minutes by foot from the building.
