I have a fantastic apartment in the south end of Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba. I am on the first floor with a sliding door out to the balcony. There is a gym across from me and a community lounge with a tv, kitchen, and two private workspaces. There is also a social area outside. There is parking available ($65 for outside parking; $120 for indoor parking, and some street parking) and I am close to bus routes. There is also bike storage. There is 24/7 assistance if you encounter issues within the apartment.

The room is furnished with a twin bed, a desk, a desk lamp, a nightstand, a closet, a full-length mirror, a “kitchen” hutch, a printer, a humidifier, a fan, laundry basket, and various dressers. I will move out any of my items as needed to make you comfortable. I have a storage unit. The apartment also has ensuite laundry. T.V. in the living room with streaming services. Fully-equipped kitchen. The pantry is quite full, but you could store your non-perishables in your room in the kitchen hutch.

I am a friendly working professional (a teacher) in her late 30s. I do work a lot.

I have two adorable and friendly female cats. Sorry, I cannot accept anymore pets as two is the limit.

I love to cook, travel, host events, play board games, go to plays/musicals, scrapbook, craft, paint, hike, bike, read, swim, go to exercise classes such as yoga, watch films, etc.
