This is the only room in the basement. It’s pretty spacious and comes furnished with a supply storage area connected to the room. The bathroom is right outside, it’s usually only yours but sometimes when one person is taking a shower upstairs and someone else needs to take one so they occasionally use it. The laundry is also down the hall from you. The entire main floor is a shared space so the kitchen backyards deck patio and barbecue the dining room the living room are all shared. We are between the ages of 35 and 44 and all working so if your lifestyle matches with that we would love to hear from you.

Three older working guys, hardly any noise. We all kind of keep to ourselves. But we are 420 friendly and I smoke but not in the house.
