About the room

My roommate and I are students at the University of Ottawa looking for a third roommate to move in September 1st. Details for the room are as follows:

  • The room is located inside a spacy duplex and is equipped with a (shared) gym , private bathroom, laundry room, deck, and its own private entrance.
  • The gym consists of a power rack, pully, barbell, bench, roman chair, and numerous attachments
  • Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, and dishwasher
  • It is located ~5 minutes from Lees Station (so a total 10-15 min commute to campus).
  • Rent, including all utilities (Hydro, gas, water, internet), is about $1000 per month
  • The room is unfurnished
  • Move in date is September 1st (or early September)
  • Shared Parking Spot available + Street Parking
