My roommate and I are students at the University of Ottawa looking for a third roommate to move in September 1st. Details for the room are as follows:

• The room is located inside a spacy duplex and is equipped with a gym, bathroom, laundry room, and deck.
• The gym consists of a power rack, pully, barbell, bench, roman chair, and numerous attachments
• It is located near Lees Station (~15 minute commute to the campus).
• Rent, including all utilities (Hydro, gas, water, internet), is about $1000 per month
• The room is unfurnished
• Move in date is September 1st
• Shared Parking Spot available + Street Parking
