About the room

812 18 Ave SW Calgary Currently renting out one of the rooms in my 2bd 1ba apartment. It’s a lower unit with lots of natural light, nice sized closet and bedroom. Kitchen has tons of counter and cupboard space, bathroom complete with a tub. Located in Lower Mount Royal, it’s a quiet community filled with working professionals.

About the roomies

I’ll be the only other person living in the unit in the second bedroom. I’m a baker and a pastry student so i’ve got plenty of kitchen supplies, you’ll usually find me there. I’m easy going, love a good cup of coffee and enjoy quiet environments.
