This is a large apartment (about 1,100 sq ft) with an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen area. It also has a large balcony. On the 12th floor and located right next to Eglinton Park, the view of the park’s hills and trees is beautiful and peaceful through the wall-to-wall windows. There’s an office area in the front room, as well. The room comes with a bathroom and closet space. The renter’s bathroom has a shared shower, but the other bedroom has an adjoining half bath sot he full bathroom only shares the shower. The apartment has an in-suite laundry located in my walk through closet and will be shared at specific times. This location is ideal for the midtown neighborhood and easy transit both on the Eglinton Line and blocks from Yonge St. Line. It’s also very quiet, and the neighbors are friendly.

I’m planning on sharing with just one other woman. I work four to five days a week, mostly afternoon into the evening. I am quiet, respectful and keep the apartment clean, and will expect the same from anyone sharing the space. I don’t smoke or drink and I’m a vegan. No smoking allowed in the building. A pet may be okay, we’d just have to discuss it. This is a quiet building so no parties.
