Location is both very quiet and convenient as it’s a 10 minute walk from both the Nanaimo Station and 29th Avenue Station on the Expo Line. The Kingsway bus route is just a couple of blocks away. Lots of amenities nearby. 950$ per month, all utilities included. Full kitchen, and shared laundry. Street parking available. The landlords are also very welcoming and friendly (they live upstairs). The bedroom is unfurnished. The rest of the suite is furnished, but I’m open to accommodating different furniture. Pets negotiable.

I’m a 25 year-old autistic, queer guy who also has ADHD. I’m pretty new to Vancouver, as I just moved here in May. Very open to making new friends. I’m quite sociable, and generally very easy to get along with. I want this to feel like a shared space where you’re totally free to be yourself and do your thing. I’m often down to chat, and also want to respect your privacy and space as well. I highly value open communication, and respecting boundaries. I’m very silly and say a lot of dumb things, though I take stuff seriously when it’s important. I’m a night owl, so I regularly cook late at night.
