1 private room, large closet and walk out to large patio space. Bathrooms are shared with two other roomies (females only). Living room and kitchen are shared. We’re hopefully looking for someone for September 1, or October 1. We’re looking for a lease of 6 months minimum. Internet is included in the rent price, electricity is a shared expense with the other roomies.

Rosedale is a cute area with an accessible bus line (92 rosedale) 1 minute walk out of the front of the building. Bus ride is 5 to 10 minutes to Rosedale station. Summerhill market very close for groceries.

Current roomie in the space now might be looking to sell a desk and bed, optional but not required for the new roomie coming in. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, cigarettes or weed, sorry!

The unit is: 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half bath apartment in a low rise building with a large outdoor balcony. Coin laundry in the building.

No parking available in the building, street parking permits might be available through the city.
