About the room

Looking for a reliable tenant for a shared home. The basement is private but does not have its own entrance; it leads up to the garage, and you’re welcome to come and go through the garage if you prefer. The main floor includes a shared dining room and kitchen that opens onto a patio. Laundry (washer and dryer) is located on the top floor. The top floor has three other rooms: one occupied by a roommate, and one by my 5‑year‑old, and then my room. There is one dedicated parking spot available, plus visitor parking on our street. We live on a quiet private. Directly across from a soccer field and park. Looking for someone quite and tidy

About the roomies

I work an irregular schedule between the hospital and doing deliveries, so I’m usually either in the kitchen making dinner, out with my daughter, or upstairs in the den. Gerry, my roommate, works a regular schedule and mostly keeps to himself. He’s a genuinely nice guy and easy to live with. And then there’s my daughter, Jessa. She’s five, full of energy, and loves people. She spends some time with her dad during the week, but she’s mostly at home playing outside or with her toys. We also have a small cat named Callie.
