Hello! I’m searching for two lovely people to move into my apartment for October 1st. You will be living with me, my cat max who is super friendly, and one other person.

The rent itself is around ~740$ a month each (this includes hydro, internet, insurance, and the gas for the stove. It changes slightly because of the hydro. Heating is included with the apartment). There’s a washer and a dryer in the basement of the building.

There are two bedrooms available, both spacious and with a closet! The apartment has a total of three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and also a balcony. The neighbours have been nice and its overall a quiet and peaceful building.

LOCATION: The apartment is located ~5 minute walk from snowdon metro and has a bus stops right outside for the 51, 166, 124 and 711. There’s two pharmacies very close by, a metro grocery store, and a bunch of other shops! It has been a very convenient location.

ACCESSIBILITY: Apartment is on the third floor so you have to climb two flights of stairs and there is also a flight of stairs to enter the building.

I’m a 22 year old CEGEP student going into photography this fall! I’m indigenous, queer, and also neurodivergent so fostering a space safe for POC and other neurodivergent people is very important to me! I am very creative and have begun my nerdy hobby journey recently (comic books and magic :3). You’ll usually find me tucked in room playing games or doing art. I like connecting with roommates such as having dinner together, doing our own thing in common rooms together, or maybe watching something like a movie. I also value my alone time as well though and make sure to be respectful of everyone’s spaces and bubble! I value communication, cleanliness, and empathy.
