🏡 The home: It’s a 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a townhouse, so it gets tons of lovely natural light ☀️. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and cozy shared living room that we’d love to enjoy together. There’s also a communal garden and shared laundry downstairs.

The landlord just agreed to having the whole place painted fresh and new carpet fitted this month, we’re also replacing the kitchen table and sofa so the vibe should feel even cosier and comfier by September :)

📍 The location: Right around Balaclava & Broadway in Kitsilano = super convenient and walkable!

You’re just minutes away from: ☕ Coffee shops 🛒 Supermarkets & shops 🧘 Gym / yoga / Pilates 📚 Public library 🏖️ Kits Beach & Jericho Beach (both within walking distance!) 📚 25min to UBC by bus

📃 The dealio: Available on September 1st on a month-to-month basis with a minimum of 4 months. $1,500/month including utilities, Wi-Fi + cleaner for communal areas every 2–3 weeks. Security deposit is $750.

Hey gang! 👋

We’re Kimy & Pierre (& Maïa, our adorable kitty 🐈‍⬛), a French couple of professionals in our late 20s/early 30s and we’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our bright little home in Kits!

We’d love to find someone tidy and clean but also respectful, communicative and cat-loving - a roommate who’s not just looking for a room, but is also up for making a home together and hopefully becoming pals. We’re very much into the occasional brunch, board-game tournament, Netflix rainy-day marathon or spontaneous “should we go get coffee?” moments - while of course respecting everyone’s need for their own space and downtime.

🐱 A little about Maïa: We have a sweet rescue kitty who is still healing from some symptoms related to her rough early life and currently spends her days living inside a donut (yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds 🥹). She’s a total lover and a diva, and will absolutely not hesitate to demand cuddles when you’re relaxing in the living room with her.

And bonus: we’d be very happy for you to bring your own kitty too! 🐈💕
