Offering cheap room & board in exchange for light housekeeping and help with pets (2 high-energy, not-respectful-of-your-personal-space dogs). Very close to Pembina and a short walk to Rapid Transit. Ideal for students in Education, ECE, or Social Work. Big house with back yard and a parking spot out front. Must be very good with dogs and have (or be able to get) Child Abuse Registry and Vulnerable Sector checks. Bedroom is large and on 2nd floor with a queen bed, desk, closet, dresser, and big window. Bathroom on main floor is shared with 2 others and has full bath/shower. Wi-Fi and Netflix included.

Single full-time teacher and very active foster child looking for someone kind and outgoing to help out in keeping our big house and busy lives running!
