Furnished sublet available from September 18 to October 14 for temporary sublet only. Flexible moving dates + adjusted rates available depending on duration of stay. Single tenant only. No couples, no kids, no pets.

All utilities included, cookware, furniture, designated shelf spaces in kitchen and bathroom. Right half of large wall-to-wall bedroom closet is used for storage, but guests may use left half.

Ground floor of a 2BR/1BA duplex built in 2017. Quiet street, walkable area close to Commercial-Broadway Skytrain, Trout Lake, Route 20 & 99 buses, quick access to downtown. Mixed parking.

About the roomies

Other tenant is a late-20s male, works full time, LGBTQ-friendly.

You will be subletting my bedroom (mid 40s male) while I’m away. Landlord lives upstairs, but I am the property manager and handle rent/bills/leasing.
